International Shipping
Products, such as waxes, finishes, etc., may only be shipped by ground. So this cannot be shipped outside the EU. We reserve the right to ship certain products to international destinations or not.

The warranty for products sold outside the EU is the same as for products sold within the EU, with the following exceptions:
1) All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility, including but not limited to: freight charges for the original product, warranty repairs, service, exchanges, product returns, and spare parts.
3) The buyer is responsible for customs clearance, brokerage fees, duties, taxes and other applicable import charges.
4) All payments must be made in Euro via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal
5) All bank charges are borne by the customer. With pay pal payment we charge 3.8% extra costs. Credit card payment is free
